We can deliver nation-wide across South Africa.

Once payment has cleared, delivery time is 1-3 business days depending on the region.

Orders will be dispatched Tuesdays through to Saturdays.

I am not responsible for any lost, damaged, late or misplaced packages once it has been dispatched and handed over to the courier company.

Returns:

Eden strives to supply high quality products, however, if you are not satisfied with an item that you have received, please contact me as soon as possible.

Hygiene is of the utmost importance and due to health and safety regulations, jewellery is not returnable/exchangeable and therefore not refundable.

Should you somehow receive an incorrect item or product that you are not satisfied with (excluding jewellery) please email me within 7 days of purchase with the following information and I will aim to replace this item as soon as possible.
